While working with the AODA study program, I’ve begun to start working with the elements. Air being the first. For one week I invoked Air every day and used it both for invoking things into my life and for banishing things from my life. It’s been an interesting experience.
I have been working with changing my attitude towards my diet. I find that I’m not concerned about making the right decisions with food, and more importantly, I’m not berating myself when I make a bad decision. I make the adjustments and move on.
I do find that days when I don’t do my morning practice I’m much more likely to get frustrated and annoyed. I’m not sure why … the work is a little more demanding than before, but not more so than it’s been in the past. In fact, it’s much less frustrating than it was just a few months ago. Yet I find myself having very little patience with things … I’m much better with people, but when the computer decides not to read my mind, I get VERY annoyed.
Soon it’ll be time to move on to the next element, and I shall continue my journey.
