In my previous post, I mentioned working with Air for a week. For the following element, we are working with Water.
Water is the element of emotions. For me, it’s also about balance, and not going to extremes of emotions. This week I spent a week working with Water and asking for balance in my emotions, to help me moderate my responses to other people’s actions.
And it worked! There was a lot of crazy things happening during the week, and I managed to respond without having “a moment” or going home frustrated. The interesting thing was that by the end of the week, the work that I had done with Air was starting to wear off … and I was getting frustrated with my choices on food again. It’s not nearly as bad as it used to be .. not by a long way, but it’s noticeable.
The next week is Fire … it’ll be very interesting to see how that works.
